How do I login to the control panel?

Dear clients, due to recent server number changes, please ensure you are utilizing one of the following two ways that you can login to your cPanel and webmail.

If your domain name is live and active on our server:

The preferred method to access the control panel is to simply add a "/cpanel" to the end of your domain. Or, to access web-based email, instead you would add "/webmail" to the end of your domain name to access web-based email, such as:

http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel/

and
http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail/

respectively (change to your actual domain name instead of 'yourdomain.com' of course!) You should then should be prompted with a security alert (yes, it is okay to accept this each time) and then be prompted for your cPanel username and password.

If your domain name is NOT live yet:

You may login at the "/cpanel" login URL for the server you are hosted on as mentioned in your welcome letter:

Server1 Clients: http://server1.alwayswebhosting.com/cpanel
Server2 Clients: http://server2.alwayswebhosting.com/cpanel
Server3 Clients: http://server3.alwayswebhosting.com/cpanel
Server4 Clients: http://server4.alwayswebhosting.com/cpanel
Server5 Clients: http://server5.alwayswebhosting.com/cpanel
Server6 Clients: http://server6.alwayswebhosting.com/cpanel
Server7 Clients: http://server7.alwayswebhosting.com/cpanel

Please note: Once your domain name is pointed to our servers and fully propagated and working, we strongly suggest you remember, use, and bookmark the 'yourdomain.com/cpanel' and 'yourdomain.com/webmail' URLs instead of the serverX.alwayswebhosting.com URLs. In the event that we have to move your site to another server, for example, the serverX login URL will no longer work whereas the login using 'yourdomain.com' will always go to the correct URL for your cpanel and webmail. :yesnod:
